What makes Dansgroep Chara unique?

- You can count on a lot of fun extra activities: Children's afternoon, Youth Maneuvers, stage opportunities, ... and of course our long-awaited biennial performance.
- The membership fee is divided over 2 semesters.
- Our classes run throughout the entire school year (from the beginning of September all the way to the end of June).
The concept
We offer advanced classes in preschool and children's dance, classical ballet, contemporary dance, and hip-hop. Our classes are always tailored to the age and level of the dancers. Each class (even the youngest) follows a well-thought-out lesson plan, focusing on technique, musicality, enjoyment of dance, and teamwork. Our instructors are trained teachers, and some are professional dancers themselves. Our team provides members with the basic skills they need to develop further. Dancers with and without experience are welcome at Chara.
The atmosphere
Dance group Chara is passionate about dancing and its members. We strive for a pleasant, non-competitive atmosphere. There are deliberately no competitive groups or groups based on level. We focus on connecting with peers and offer sufficient differentiation within classes to ensure everyone has an interest.
The dance halls are surrounded by trees and chirping birds, with ample private parking. Our classes are held in professional, spacious ballet halls. The atmosphere during classes is energetic, positive, and pleasant. We love to dance, and it shows.
The energy
All our teachers are passionate about dance. You can feel that fire in every dance class and workshop, and you can see it in the eyes of our dancers, young and old.
After class, we want every dancer to go home with a positive, energetic feeling.
